My Oh My She Writes is a new journey for me! My mission as an authoress is to create content for the little ones that assists them with learning how to use their voice if they find themselves in an uncomfortable situation.
Most of the time when you hear someone talk about sexual assault they are an adult but it actually happened when that person was a child. It saddens me when I hear these stories because 90% of the time the abuse is caused by someone they know. I wrote this book to spark a conversation between parent/guardian and child and let them know that if someone tries to touch them and makes them feel uncomfortable that they can and need to use their voice.
Every child living in the current climate of these times needs to read this book
